The prefix dinner was incredible! Only $30 for a three course meal and the portion size was big! The place was very old and charming. The staff was super friendly.

We attended for a friend's wedding reception. The location is easily accessible by main roads but is situated nicely away from traffic, offering some privacy for events. The buildings are old and are rather tight, even the event spaces. The site itself has three main buildings so there was a bit of walking required to get from the cocktail hour location in the far back building to the actual reception location in the front. The food at the cocktail hour was plentiful, but nothing spectacular. The pacing of the food service during the reception was a little off - we found that we were always waiting on the next course or were missing something (i.e served bread then the butter was brought out after the first course). Overall, it was a perfectly average wedding venue.

It was a mixed bag, more good than bad. The topping on my steak was amazing, and the chocolate mousse was to die for. Most of the staff was friendly. But my steak was tough and overcooked (asked for medium rare, it came out charitably as medium because I did see one hint of pink in the middle.. but really more well done to be honest.) I didn't send it back because we had waited about an hour for our entree. The first waiter, after ignoring our table for a good 20 or 30 minutes greeted us with 'Are you going to order food or just hold hands all night?' in leiu of the more standard 'Hello'. Interesting choice. But everyone has an off night, and the martinis, appetizer, and dessert was good enough that I'd probably give it another try.

Awesome hotel restaurant, has a wonderful charming feel. The staff is just fantastic had a wonderful stay. Will be back real soon.

Hotel was dirty dishes all in the main lobby with beers on the floor. Had to change rooms 3 times the first because the room wasn’t cleaned when we arrived, 2 was because of the toilet overflowing into the room and staff blamed us even though we told them the Toilet was acting up, 3 the last room smelled of cigar and flowers the staff tried to cover the cigars with an air freshener. I️ had children with me so this was unacceptable. We will never go again stay away.
