By far the most amazing dentist office I have dealt with!! The staff is beyond friendly and caring! everyone from the ladies at the front desk to the dental assistant to Doctor Mensah are helpful and caring, They answer every question and concern I have. I wouldn't bring my children anywhere else!
My 3 yr old and 6 yr old just had their 6 month check up this month. I was greeted by the always friendly and professional front desk staff. My 3 yr old son saw Dr. Danny. Dr Danny spoke with my son and explained what he would be doing which was very comforting and made him feel very relaxed. Dr Danny also answered any questions I had. He spoke with me afterwards and reviewed his findings. My 6 yr old daughter saw Shinera once again ( her favorite next to Dr. Ben) and had a wonderful experience as well. Shinera is very gentle and explained to my daughter what she would be doing which made my daughter feel very comfortable. Dr Danny looked at my daughter as well and spoke with me afterwards reviewing his findings.
We had a great experience once again at Valley Pediatrics!
My son has had a tooth ache and we were ultimately told he needed his tooth extracted. They scheduled us for a tooth extraction for us in the morning. We skipped school to get this done, and the dentist stated he needed to be on antibiotic before so he wouldn't be in that much pain and so wouldn't do the procedure. She never informed us prior that this would be the case. Now he's can't get it extracted for another week, he's still in pain, and will have to miss another day of school to get it scheduled. Expect to get jerked around
Love them. My daughter loves them and their office. Totally NOT scary.
· My son, who is just turning 2, recently visited the office for his first dental visit . Upon entering the office we were welcomed by staff members, including Dr. Danny. This was surprising to me , but most enjoyable for my son, who has a fear of ALL doctors' offices. As we walked through the hallway to get to our room, it was decorated with kid-friendly decals. My son was so busy looking at all the pictures that he didn't even realize he was in a doctor's office. We had a choice of 3 themed rooms, we choose the Jungle Room. My son adores animals. Not to mention the room was spotless and every instrument sterile, but it had a mural along the walls of the jungle. My son was so amazed at the pictures. Still not one tear, he was just so busy calling out all the animals he could identify that he didn't have time for it. My son was examined by Dr. Danny. He is a young and energetic, but very competent, thorough Doctor. He asked me of my concerns, then examined my son. This is when he started to cry, but Dr. Danny was so competent and knew exactly what to do. He was extremely patient and kind, and thorough. I was amazed he was able see anything at all, let alone address my concerns. I have to say, I was impressed. For I am an educator and at times I question some individuals that are allowed to work with children. But Dr. Danny was terrific. As for his assistant, Tammy, she was so sweet and kept giving my son stickers, which he loved. I would highly recommend this office to anyone that is looking for a competent, but kind staff and a kid-friendly dental office.
