I love this place. The food is excellent,but the reason I gave it just a 3 is on my last visit, certain intangibles weren't met. An example is, we ordered wings and fries, but they didn't give us napkins, salt, pepper, or ketchup, and had to get up and go to the bar, to retrieve these things. Other than that, I had a good time and a good meal.
Burgers r very good ,their house sauce very tasty ,but service is very slow avg wait time is 30-40 mins for food
Iv been here with my three year old for over 40 min and still have not gotten my food yet. Terrible time management. I'm ready to just get it to go. Never go back again
Amazing food options, bartender very attentive. Karaoke was a little long wait, due to friends who provided the karaoke service.
Okay Food, (not great, not terrible). My Burger was juicy and cooked well with a nice amount of char but lacked any seasoning. The Chili: good texture, too tangy for my preference with no spice or flavor. Order took about 35 minutes to reach our table. I won't blame the servers for the slow service, because there were only two in a full (albeit small) dining room and they were moving swiftly back and forth between kitchen, table and going up and downstairs to the bar up top. Handshakes seemed understaffed for the crowd. Burgers are buy-one get-one half-off on Monday's. I'll give them another shot though and check back in on a Thursday for the all-you-can-eat Wings.
